Electrocardiographic monitoring in severe falciparum malaria.
Electrocardiographic monitoring over 24 h was performed with 53 patients with severe Plasmodium falciparum malaria (11 adults and 42 children) to assess the frequency of unrecognized cardiac arrhythmias.
