Paramagnetic Point Defects and Charge Carriers in PbS and CdS Nanocrystal Polymer Composites
Using electron paramagnetic resonance we identify point defects in CdS nanocrystals. A spectrum consistent with Cd vacancies in distorted sites is observed, and evidence for S vacancies is presented.
