POLARIZED NEUTRON REFLECTION AS A PROBE OF INPLANE MAGNETIZATION VECTOR ROTATION IN MAGNETIC MULTILAYERS

We demonstrate that polarised neutron reflection (PNR) sensitively probes the in-plane layer-dependent magnetisation vector profile in multilayer structures on nanometre lengthscales.
