The local galactic mass injection from cool winds and superwinds of the 1 to 2.5 M-circle dot mass stars

For the local field star IMF, and based on a large number of individual stellar evolution models with a constistent description of cool wind (and superwind) mass loss, we discuss the galactic mass injection from the 1 to 2.5 M-circle dot mass stars by means of synthetic stellar samples.
