Shrnutí:Autoantibodies to different subtypes of the voltage-gated calcium channel (VGCC) have been described in two very different neurological syndromes, the Lambert-Eaton myasthenic syndrome (LEMS) and amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS).
