Quantum state manipulation of single-photon wave packets
We experimentally demonstrate deterministic modification of the spectraltemporal mode structure of quantum states of light. The method is based upon a unitary transformation implemented with electro-optic phase modulation and which preserves the non-classical nature of the single photon.
