| Summary: | The dataset comprises 1) tables of
information on genes identified by differential expression analysis of
RNA-seq data as being differentially expressed between insects with
different *Wolbachia* infection statuses, and 2) tables of the results of
functional enrichment analysis of differentially expressed genes. These
analyses were undertaken as part of a DPhil project between 2011 and 2015,
with the aim of identifying and investigating genes involved in
*Wolbachia*-host interaction. |
