The metric parameters for 1 are in close agreement with those found for the analogous chloride and iodide complexes, but differ from those found in monomelic [(η 5-C 5Me 5)Fe(CO) 2] 2InBr, on account of the four coordinate geometry at indium and the bridging nature of the bromide ligands.
