Results showed there was a sudden decrease in the body weight gain (BWG) until 2 weeks of heat stress in all treatment groups and in control. But there was an increment (p<O.OS) in BWG, feed intake (FI) along with efficient feed conversion at 3rd week in the Cyperus rotundus extract feeding group. Thus, this study suggested that administration of Iml/ kg body weight of Cyperus rotundus extract can exert ramification on heat stressed broiler after 2 weeks of feeding only. |
