This research is carried out to study the potential of phytic acid extracted from rice bran in the suppression of colon carcinogenesis in rats. In the optimization of phytic acid extraction, results showed 5% H2S04 in pH 0.6 and 30 minutes of extraction time gave the highest amount of phytic acid....
