| Summary: | Tuberculosis is on the rise in the recent years. Commonest presentation is tuberculosis of the lungs. Tuberculosis of the middle ear cleft is relatively uncommon and often missed by clinicians. A case of tuberculous otomastoiditis with intracranial complication is presented.
