mediator and self-efficacy as a moderator on the relationship of principals’
transformational leadership and novice teacher morale in Oman. Therefore, a total
of 951 teachers from 120 government schools in Province of Muscat, Albatinah,
and Aldhahira were randomly selected using the multiple-stage sampling method. |
