Although estimators are able to accurately estimate the cost of a new building, the same cannot be said for building conservation works. Conservation works are complex,non-standard and the scope of works depends on the conditions of each Individual building.
Sejak kebelakangan ini, isu penganggaran kos yang kurang tepat bagi kerja pemuliharaan bangunan menjadi semakin ketara apabi/a semakin banyak kerja pemuliharaan dija/ankan. Wa/aupun penganggar kos dapat membuat anggaran yang tepat untuk bangunan baru tetapi hal ini tidak berlaku da/am penganggaran kos kerja pemuliharaan bangunan.
