Managing knowledge management initiatives: issues relating to knowledge management professionals’ competencies
In order to manage organization knowledge assets, organizations have to start adopting knowledge management. This paper looks at the literature on the issues relating to the knowledge management professionals competencies when they are involved in managing knowledgement manageent initiatives.
