description An intetventional study of one year and two months duration of patients undergoing upper limb surgery in University Science Hospital, Kubang Kerian. A comparative study of local anaesthetic, ropivacaine and bupivacaine used for regional block, supraclavicular bracbial plexus block. General anaesthesia is not free from complications.
