Observation and counting the number of migratory raptor has been done since ancient times. The purpose of this effort was changed from hunting the migratory raptor to now conservation of the migratory raptor. Manual counting technique is commonly used, but the counting accuracy was doubt. The accuracy of the counting also varies from one to the other people of counter. The purpose of this research is to increase the accuracy for counting the number of migratory raptor.
