Corak jalur yang dihasilkan melalui setiap teknik adalah sangat bervariasi, namun terdapat juga persamaan corak jalur ditunjukkan oleh pencilan-pencilan FOC. A total of 59 Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cubense (FOC) isolates were analysed using ERIC-PCR, RAMS and RFLP-IGS. The three molecular techniques showed intraspecific variation among the FOC isolates, whereby 34 ERIC banding patterns, 33 IGS haplotypes and 13 – 26 microsatellite banding patterns were generated. The banding patterns generated using each technique were highly variable, but showed similarities among the FOC isolates.
