The traditional meter reading process involving analog meters to collect the data of the energy consumed and display it on the digital display. The worker of TNB needs to go to consumer’s house to note down the reading at the end of every billing cycle then provide the bill to the consumer. These procedures are laborious, time-consuming and cumbersome.
