description The new round of curriculum reform puts forward a series of new requirements and challenges for English teaching. With the deepening of reform, English teaching has made some remarkable achievements, but also exposed many problems, such as students' weak autonomous learning ability, lack of cooperative inquiry ability and so on. This study attempts to put forward the process structure of English flipped classroom teaching by implementing flipped classroom teaching in English teaching; This paper discusses the design and implementation strategy of English flipping classroom teaching; It provides a new way to solve the problems encountered in the new English curriculum reform, optimize the effect of English classroom teaching, and improve students' autonomous learning ability and cooperative ability. This study is divided into three stages:First, the theoretical preparation stage. At this stage, read the relevant literature domestic and abroad, summarize the flipped classroom, and summarize the connotation, implementation elements, process structure and relevant theoretical basis of the flipped classroom.Second, teaching practice stage. In the stage of teaching practice, Qionglai City SXT training school is selected to carry out teaching practice research.Through two rounds of action, the teaching process structure of flipped classroom and the design and development of pre-class learning materials are continuously improved through classroom observation, interview, questionnaire and other research methods, so as to explore the implementation strategy of flipped classroom.Third, the summary stage. After repeated deliberation and practical attempts in the preparation stage, pre-class learning stage, pre-class interaction stage, classroom learning and consolidation stage, this paper puts forward the process structure of English flipped classroom teaching; This paper preliminarily discusses the flipped classroom teaching strategies.Finally, I put forward the deficiencies and existing problems of this study, and made prospects for further research.
