In this study, we draw on literature from project management, systematic approaches to task analysis, as well as critical analysis of task and individual performance. A project-based services organization's success is closely related to its understanding of its business core processes. With such a fluid and dynamic structure, organization success goes beyond ensuring client satisfaction by addressing technical issues, but also by aligning core processes, such as managing manpower capacity. |
