description Many commercial and open-source tools have been developed to improve and simplify performance analysis techniques through many advanced applications. In addition to performance measures, computer networks are reviewed using applications to analyze the most complex networks' performance to reach the fault points. Most enterprise networks, especially in Iraq, suffer from network problems and weak internet services; thus, defects cannot be determined precisely from the internet service provider or the network itself. Hence, this research aims to analyze the performance of the EarthLink enterprise network and its impact on the quality of service. The tests were conducted in the Iraqi Ministry of Oil network and office. The work started by developing the Ministry of Oil network by setting up the infrastructure and its mechanism of work. This involved reviewing the mechanism's work progress and tracking it from the service entry area to the end user. Next, data or network information were collected through a Wireshark program. Then, these files were migrated to another program called Splunk Enterprise and the evidence was monitored and analyzed. Finally, network data was collected, and the network performance was analyzed. The results indicate that the packet loss and latency of the Ministry of Oil are less than 2% and 1.85 ms, respectively, which is suitable for the ideal enterprise network to operate regularly.
