Harmonic balance analysis of the downconversion optoelectronic mixer in HBT photodetector
Harmonic balance is a non-linear, frequency-domain, steady-state simulation. The voltage and current sources create discrete frequencies resulting in a spectrum of discrete frequencies at every node in the circuit.
