| Summary: | The performance of an academic library is one of the criteria for accreditation of an academic programme and ranking of a university. PERPUN, through its task force, is looking into the design of an instrument to measure performance indicators of academic libraries in Malaysia. After examining similar efforts in other parts of the world, the task force adopted the ISO 11620 "Information and documentation - Library performance indicators." The task force will do a pilot run of the instrument before applying it to the member libraries. |
