In Malaysia, there are number of existing ICs operated by higher institution of learning and research centers such as SIRIM and FRIM. This study investigates the operation of innovation center in Malaysia and interpreted them in a model. The model will describe the components of the enterprise development in innovation centers operation in Malaysia's environment. |
