description The objective of this study is to identify the factors that influence the parents to send their children to Hidayah Islamic School in Johor Bahru. this study examines the factors that motivated the parents to send their children to Hidayah Islamic School (SIH) with the level of parental satisfaction based on the achievements of their children at Hidayah Islamic School (SIH). the respondents chosen consist of 250 parents from Hidayah Islamic Primary School (SRIH) and Hidayah Islamic Secondary School (SMIH). however, only 186 respondents gave their cooperation in this study. the data collected using a set of questionnaires that consisting three parts, which part a about demographic information, part b reside the factors that motivate the parents to send their children to SIH and part c reside the level of parental satisfaction of SIH. those instruments tested to determine the level of reliability based on the alpha cronboach to 30 parents from the same schools. the results from pilot study indicate the high reliability of part b and part c is 0945 is 0931. the data were analysed using the statistical package for the school science (SPSS) version 20.0 for descriptive statistics (means and percentages) and inferential statistics (t-test, anova and pearson correlation-). the results indicate that the mean of each study are at a high level as well as the level of parental satisfaction. the study also enlightens that there are no significant differences found in the curriculum, facilities and comfort, climate and culture of the school also the management and administration of schools that encourage the parents to send their children to Hidayah Islamic School (SIH) by gender. this study also suggests several endorsements based on the findings of the study for future studies.
