Summary: | This study was conducted to identify the level of knowledge and practice in the management of the New Deal among primary school teachers in Zone Maharani Muar. This study was to determine the level of stress workload of teachers is in pursuit of the New Deal. In addition, this study to look at the different levels of knowledge and the New Deal management practices based on demographics such as gender, race, academic qualifications and years of service. Further studies to identify whether there is a significant relationship between knowledge and the level of New Deal management practices among primary school teachers in Zone Maharani Muar. The study involved a sample of 229 teachers who were selected through random sampling Stratification ratio among teachers from 15 schools in Zone Maharani Muar. Data were collected through questionnaires. Reliability of the questionnaire was tested by using the Cronbach Alpha value is 0.808 overall. All data were analyzed using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 20.0. T-test and F-test (one-way ANOVA) at level a = 0.05 is used in answering the question. Means, frequencies and percentages are also used in analyzing the data. Results of data analysis showed that the level of knowledge, the level of workload and stress levels in the management of the New Deal among school teachers showed a high level. The results also showed that the effective management and excellent schools have placed these schools on the list of schools that will accept the New Deal.
