ANOVA was used to compare teachers’ perceptions of transformational leadership of principals and teachers’ job satisfaction based on demographic factors. Pearson’s correlation was used to examine any significant relationships between transformational leadership style of principals and teachers’ job satisfaction. The results show that there are high correlations between the practices of transformational leadership style of principals and teachers’ job satisfaction.
