To date, research on tour operators mainly explore surrounding roles and supply chain management, while challenges and sustainable perceptions of ICT is mainly debated in the field of small and medium enterprises, medical as well as education fields. Since there is lack of studies attempted in exploring ICTs adoption by tour operators, therefore, this perspective paper aims to clarify the current adoption of ICT used by tour operators in Malaysia and highlight the virtue of adapting ICT.
