This paper will identify antecedents and precedents of the international postgraduate students’ satisfaction, i.e., this study will examine the relationship between service quality and behavioral intention which is moderated by students’ satisfaction. The interplay among the three constructs is based on the Resource Based View and Disconfirmation theories as well as the SERVQUAL model. |
