However, the approaches of higher education institutions as the service provider varies.The quality of service will retain more foreign students to pursue their study in Malaysia. This paper will identify antecedents and precedents of the international postgraduate students’ satisfaction, i.e., this study will examine the relationship between service quality and behavioral intention which is moderated by students’ satisfaction. The interplay among the three constructs is based on the Resource Based View and Disconfirmation theories as well as the SERVQUAL model. |
