description The good propagation link between implantable antenna and base station is necessary in order to create reliable link communication. Therefore, the channel propagation links between both antennas are verified by distribution fits via MATLAB software and calculation based on the related equation. Several body links and movements are considered in order to cover all the possibilities. The wearable antenna which operates at frequency 6.0GHz is attached to the body at a number of positions and orientations and connected to the calibrated VNA by 1 meter long flexible coaxial cables. Based on the investigations, the link between implantable antenna (placed in canola oil) and wearable antenna attached to the chest has lowest losses as the propagation between both antennas is categorized as LOS propagation. According to the results of fitting the average measured path gain data to various probability distributions, it can conclude that the variation channel of in- to- on body communication in various environments is well described by lognormal, rician and nakagami distribution.
