Five factors that affect the level of compliance are namely the solution (P), risk (R), the disposal process (PP), culture and awareness (PK) and financial resources (SK). The study also discovered that tools used to dispose the mushaf are through burning using incinerators, furnaces, portable drum machine and barrel. Furthermore, the study showed six major challenges faced by the implementing agencies are namely, the high-cost of management, special disposal place, fuel, disposal period, enforcement and labour.
