Description
Summary:As an individual, employee is the main organisation stakeholder who is also recognised as an asset, internal customer and the organisation representative. Their participation and proactive support is crucial to organisation's CSR practices. Their CSR awareness is a process of observation; retention and imitation of the organisational CSR practices into the motivation to demonstrate it as their personal engagement in CSR practices. However, a little is known about the linkage between employee CSR awareness and their engagement in CSR as earlier researches are more focus on organisation CSR awareness and its influence on employee engagement. This research hypothesizes the significant underlying influence of individual spirituality and resilience that interplays as mediator and moderator to the relationship between individual awareness and engagement in CSR.
