Cloning of Aspergillus Niger BglA and expression of recombinant Î²-glucosidase in methylotrophic yeast Pichia Pastoris

Full length cDNA of bglA gene encoding Aspergillus niger ATCC10574 Î²-glucosidase was isolated and sequenced.
