| Summary: | Requirements gathering have always been critical phase in the implementation of high quality software systems. A good requirement gathering in early stages of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) will ensure the quality of product produced and prevent defect at later stages of SDLC, hence reducing cost. In ensuring requirements are grip properly at early stages of SDLC, verification process will take place. As the project progresses, validation process are performs to ensure the product do what the user really requires. This project report will describe preparation of Contractual Requirement Document (CRL) and how verification process will took place to conform to its requirements. In addition, testing activities which is part of validation process is also discussed in this thesis.
