The management and maintenance of rural road in Malaysia is very much important as it contributes in many ways to the rural people in Malaysia. In this paper, it discusses the important of rural road to socio-economics and benefits of green practices implementation to rural access. This again contributes to positive development of green rural road. Based on the review, the need for well-developed rural access to support socioeconomic development for rural communities and the implementation of green rural road will balance the three vital elements; social, economic and also environment. |
