Summary:Knowledge sharing is always linked to SMEs due to its advantage of being small.However, very few research on knowledge sharing being done especially in SMEs.Convenience sampling was used for manufacturing and services industries of SMEs.Data was tested using Structural Equation Modeling to see the impact of knowledge sharing on organizational performance.Measurement model and structural model were developed.Knowledge sharing has strong influence on organizational performance as a second latent variable.It is important for SMEs to invest and focus on knowledge sharing activity as it would create a platform for innovation thus enhances the performance.
