The sample consisted of 584 lower and higher level managers in Telecom Malaysia (TM).The results hypothesized that creative organizational climate perceptions are positively related to learning organization. The study revealed that all of the creative organizational climate components made significant contribution to learning organization. Significant differences of creative organizational climate by the selected demographic variables were also shown for some components.Based on the implications of the research findings, several recommendations were put forward.
