There have been a lot of programs created and promoted to embrace the usage of ICT such as Pusat Komuniti Siber (PKS), Satu Komputer Satu Rumah, SJ2005 (A Smart Community Programme In Subang Jaya) and Mobile Internet Clinic (MIU).This paper describes a research on a training program at a PKS where
