Introduce GST-exempt card for students, underprivileged groups, suggests economist
KUALA LUMPUR: The government should consider introducing a GST exempt card if it is agreeable to a proposal to exempt the disabled and the poor, as well as undergraduates and students, from having to pay the Goods and Services Tax (GST).
