questionnaires were considered for the analysis, thus several methods of data collection were used in the analysis of the data.The result of this study shows that only one dimension of leadership self efficacy was found to be significantly related to relational leadership behavior.This study is however, found to have contributed to the self-efficacy leadership theory. |
