Summary:Knowledge sharing among the employees is one of the important elements in knowledge management. However, previous studies have indicated that employees are reluctant to share knowledge among themselves. The purpose of this study is to report the findings of a study regarding demographics variables and their impact on R&D employees' knowledge sharing behaviors. The results indicated that demographic variables are not significant predictors of R&D employees' knowledge sharing behaviors.
