Since the findings of this work show that lack of well functioning legal and regulatory framework for clinical trials in developing countries contributes to the rejection of immunization as a result of fear about the quality and safety of vaccines used, establishing regulatory agencies with powers and facilities that would enable it ensure the quality, safety and efficacy of vaccines used in immunization is a most if the trust and confidence of people of developing countries in immunization is to be obtained. |
