This study will investigate the actual situation of e government implementation based on the implementation blueprint document produced by MAMPU. It will also analyze Malaysia readiness in implementing the e-government projects where rhe analysis will be based on Heek's readiness model. Based on the result and findings of this study, several recommendations have been proposed in order to ensure the success of the e-government projects. |
