encourage BIMB to practice Islamic CSR.The factors are as follows: the awareness at the management level, Islamic organization culture, ethics of the key players of CSR and fulfilling the demands of the society.Whereas the challenges faced in implementing Islamic CSR are coming from the communication strategy, source of information,
the management of the human resource and lack of fund. |
