Crynodeb:Open source research often portrays the community as a heterogeneous world involving diverse contributors from all over the globe.However, based on the data gathered from Open Source Software contributors through in-depth interviews and Delphi method showed a diverse new experience.Information regarding gender in Open Source remains scarce, though a wide gender gap still exists in Open Source Communities in spite of the rising numbers of research on Open Source.Taking the stand on Technofeminist perspective, this paper examines the contributions made by genders in Open Source development process.
