This study examines the effects of local partner characteristics on knowledge transfer in IJV firms in Thailand.It also examines the relationship between knowledge transfers and IJV performance. The findings reveal that knowledge transfer significantly affected by local partner characteristics and knowledge transfer significantly affected IJV performance. |
