These constructs are explored to determine if they present a significant impact on brain drain. Established on the literature, it is evident that the brain drain phenomenon is an adverse trend that needs immediate and particular attention. It is a matter of great concern especially to policy makers of nations as these talents are needed to be retained to spur the development of the home economy. The conceptual framework and hypotheses explored in this study are presented while gaps in the research were identified and highlighted. |
