proposition were tested among ICT employees in
Amman, Jordan. The data collected were analyzed
using Pearson correlations and multiple regression,
and the findings indicated that both interpersonal
trust and social networking are important for tacit
knowledge sharing to occur. These findings
suggested that tacit knowledge sharing could only
happen when there are trust between those who are
involved, and that it happens they have are good at
social networking. |
