Malaysia. Analysis of 71 of respondents using Pearson Correlations revealed that three of the five dimensions of job characteristics (autonomy, job feedback, and task significance) had significant positive effects on OCB. Task variety, on the other hand, were found to be significantly and negatively related to OCB. Only task identity had non-significant effects on OCB. Based on the findings,practical implications,limitations and suggestions for future research are also highlighted. |
