The study’s data was captured in a voice of customer survey conducted in University Utara Malaysia. Fifty participants were enrolled in the study. The result of the study shows a significantly positive association between the perceived importance of software features and the consumers’ perception of the performance of quality elements of proposed software products. The perceived importance of a product feature significantly impacts the consumers’ perception of the performance of the features of the software products (particularly, if such features are included in the product design and construction). |
